Feld/Array-Befehl: dupliziert Auswahl N-mal in einer Geste

Neuer Ändern-Befehl "Feld": Basispunkt, Zielpunkt (Länge/Winkel per Tab-
Feld), Anzahl per Option zyklisch (2..12). Nutzt den bestehenden
Transform-Modus "array" (tools/transform.ts), der schon länger existierte
aber bisher über keinen Befehl erreichbar war — nur ein Command-Wrapper
nötig, keine neue Transform-Logik.
